PVD and DLC coatings

In cooperation with the Voestalipne Coating Plant in Mysłowice, we offer PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) and DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating services to provide durable, long-lasting, and functional surfaces for a variety of products and components.

PVD coatings are applied to surfaces using the vapour phase condensation process. They provide high hardness, resistance to wear, corrosion and abrasion, and additional properties such as low friction, excellent thermal conductivity, and aesthetic appearance. PVD coatings can be used on a variety of materials, such as steel, aluminium, ceramics, plastics, etc., and are used in the automotive, aerospace, medical, tooling, and many other industries.

DLC coatings are special carbon coatings that mimic the properties of a diamond. They are extremely hard, slippery, and wear-resistant. DLC coatings show excellent scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, and low friction. They are widely used in the automotive, tooling, electronics, medical, and other fields where high surface strength and durability are required.

We recommend the use of coatings on cutting parts operating under heavy loads, at high speeds and in high-volume production.

The use of a suitable coating allows you to significantly increase the performance of the tool, directly affecting:

  • quality of punching surface
  • extending the tool’s service life several times
  • increase in productivity
  • reduction of downtime
  • reduction of scrap sticking

We provide services in the following areas:

  • application of PVD wear-resistant coatings
  • polishing
  • micro-sanding
  • PVD and CVD decoating
  • washing with ultrasonic cleaners
  • technical consulting

If you are looking for a partner to provide the highest quality PVD and DLC coatings, we encourage you to use our services. The price and time of completing the service will depend on the type of coating, the size of the workpiece, and the number of pieces. Feel free to contact us to discuss the details and get a personalised quote.
